The Lions David House Mission Statement:
- To arouse, foster, and preserve interest in the history of the Mountaintop Area comprised primarily of Snow Shoe Borough, Snow Shoe and Burnside Townships in Centre County, Pennsylvania.
- To collect, preserve and make available to the public, historic materials and records relating to the area by providing a library, programs, and displays using a collection of artifacts, books, manuscripts, maps, photographs, and other memorabilia.
- To identify and help preserve historical sites of the Mountaintop Region.
